Homestead is a newly developed community in Northeast Calgary, located on the east side of Stoney Trail NE, just north of McKnight Blvd NE (Township Road 250).

Homestead is a 12-phase master-planned community. The first five phases are sold out and feature pathways, playgrounds, and abundant greenspace. Upcoming phases will introduce sports fields (including a dedicated cricket pitch) a future school site, and a variety of new housing options.

Our builder group currently offers a range of housing options, including Rear-Laned Duplexes (Partners Homes), Rear-Laned Homes (Trico Homes, Excel Homes), and Front-Drive Homes (Trico Homes, Excel Homes, Genesis Builders). Future phases will also include a multi-family site.

Yes. Homestead Landing is a 4-acre, 7-building commercial site that began welcoming tenants in 2025. Current tenants include an Esso & Convenience Store, Tim Hortons, restaurant, pizza shop, and liquor store. Future tenants will include medical offices, an event centre, daycare, gym, and grocery store.

Yes. The community features a completed south pathway system that winds around water features, a greenspace with public seating, and a playground for residents of all ages. A cricket pitch and additional open greenspace are anticipated to open in 2026.
