We are excited to announce that we are officially selling in Phase 3 of Homestead!
The success and excitement surrounding the first phases of the community has lead to a quick launch of the third phase. In Phase 3, buyers can find larger lots with front garage homes from Genesis, as well as the same much-desired home models from Excel and Trico Homes!
With this initial release, Phase 3 will feature both front garage and laned homes with other home style options still to be announced.
