We are excited to announce that phase 5 lots have now been released to our builder group!

Homestead is growing fast, and with such high demand in Calgary's new NE community, we have now officially released the next batch of lots to our builder group! This means that more beautiful homes are coming soon to Homestead from builders such as Partners Development Group, Trico Homes, Excel Homes, and Genesis Builder Group! Phase 5 will be the northernmost section of Homestead developed to date, and will be conveniently located near the soon to be built Homestead Landing - the community's commercial shopping hub, and only a short walk from the community's future schools, community association, and playfields.
